Synergie was formed by the acquisition of Web2Print, a digital print business with locations in Redditch, Leeds and Plymouth, the latter location consisting of a 100 year old calendar and promotional goods manufacturer. There then followed a sequence of acquisitions, all focused in a specific geographical area. February 2007 added Basingstoke Press, December 2007 Kingston Classic Calendars of Hull and in May 2008 Shire Business Solutions of Birmingham.
Due to space limitations the original Redditch site relocated to Solihull in August 2008, close to the NEC and Birmingham.
The same month Cheamstar of Poole was added, followed closely in September by Printwise of Lymington. December 2008 Fine Art printer, Dolphin Print of Poole was acquired.
In February 2009 there was a slight diversification by buying Lime PM of Aldershot, a direct mail operation and in March 2009 Magellan Group of Basingstoke was added bringing packaging, CD and DVD duplication as well as considerable fulfilment facilities.
May 2009 brought Jantec of Southampton into the Group and then in August 2009 Direct Mail Works in Havant.
Christmas Eve 2009 was the day the acquisition of Simdan Branding of Portsmouth was completed adding more promotional product resource into the group.
April 2010 welcomed White Horse Press of Newbury to the family, a B1 and B2 litho print business with a considerable reputation in the industry of producing very high quality colour managed print.
This brings us up to 2011 with the portfolio of design, marketing, print, packaging, media, storage, direct mail, data management, promotional goods and fulfilment.
