Online-Print-Solutions (OPS) |

OPS is an online tool for the ordering and control of a catalogue of items, either static or variable. A web portal is provided, fully branded to your organisation. Access is controlled via a defined user list with different administration rights granted as per your requirements.
Once the web portal is accessed the user can choose to order generic items from stock or they can choose to personalise items from set templates, ideal for corporate business card or compliment slip production.
The user chooses the relevant template and can then personalise their details and decide on a print quantity at which point before the order is confirmed the system will supply a pdf proof to be approved for content. Once the user has approved the proof the order is placed directly with Synergie who print and fulfil. |

Dimensional Ink |

Dimensional Ink is a unique Kodak Nexpress application using a fifth in-line transparent ink which is applied to specific areas of text and images, resulting with a raised 3-D look and textured feel to printed material.
Synergie was the first organisation in the UK to identify and provide the unique capability of Dimensional Ink, understanding the scope that this would give marketers and companies looking to communicate something above and beyond the normal print process, without the additional cost of expensive finishing processes. EasyMailer – Something different!
Synergie are the first UK provider of the EasyMailer system, a truly ‘white paper’ solution enabling full colour digitally printed documents and personalised outer envelopes to be printed and converted in one process.
The outer envelope is now a valuable component of the marketing piece allowing for content such as cross sell advertisements or images to be conveyed above and beyond the content of the personalised documents contained within. Read more.. |

Hybrid Mail |

Synergie are able to offer a solution to remove the need to print & fulfil business documentation from within a local office environment.
With the use of a software solution provided by Synergie, ‘users’ are able to produce documents as normal with the exception that when submitting documents to print they are encrypted and transferred via a web portal to Synergie for printing and mailing, rather than being printed and mailed by you from your local office environment.
Your business documents are still produced on stationary and envelopes of your choice, you can even select which mail tariff you wish to use. |
